We may not be able to buy the specific house you are looking at, but we may be able to find one very similar. The area of Tennessee or Alabama where you would like to own a home.

The amount of money you can come up with for the down payment/purchase option money. We usually require between $5,000 and $12,000.

The amount of money you can afford to pay monthly on a house payment. We recommend that this is not over 30% of your bring home pay per month. Most of our homes are 3 bedrooms or larger and the payments are usually between $1,200 and $1,800.

The number of bedrooms and baths you would like.

Let us know if a basement, garage, or fenced yard is absolutely necessary, or just a preference.

If you know the number of square feet you need, then let us know that.

If the age of the home matters, let us know the maximum age home you would prefer.

Any other details that are a necessity or a preference: one level or two story, large yard or small, etc.
